We had a wonderful enrichment day with Mrs. Kwan, Mrs. Tan and Mrs. Zhao. We learned about the origins of Chinese New Year, learned about the symbols and learned ribbon dancing. We wrote Chinese characters for good luck and prosperity. We also learned our Chinese names. Some of our classmates wore beautiful clothes from their heritage. It was a lot of fun and we learned a lot!
